Shotaro Kaneda: Bulma's best friend in Discedo. Kaneda and Bulma share a mutual interest in mechanics and auto repair, and will always jump to assist one another whenever it's needed. Bulma tends to use Kaneda for grunt work and flirts with him to get her way, but she really is glad to have him as a friend and appreciates everything he does--even if she won't admit to it. Over time, Kaneda and Bulma developed a close friendship, and Kaneda has become the first person she goes to when she needs almost anything. In turn, she's willingly there when he needs her around, and will have his back in almos any situation. She has recently admitted to herself that she has feelings for him, but has told no one.
Mirai (Trunks): After his return to Discedo, he came to stay with Bulma to watch over her. Due to an unortunate turn of events, he slipped that she and Vegeta were his parents, which caused Bulma to move out of their apartment. Only recently has she begun to try and soften up to him, despite how awkward and upsetting it is.
Yamcha: Bulma's boyfriend where she came from, though their relationship in Discedo is simply a friendship. She helped him to safety after he arrived with a broken leg, and is overjoyed to have a familiar face around. Bulma and Yamcha are very close, despite him coming from a different point in time, and Bulma trusts him very much.
Vegeta: While she won't usually go near him unarmed, Bulma thinks that Vegeta isn't the smartest cabbage in the patch. He saved her life while trying to kill her himself, so she doesn't really know what to think about him, aside from the fact that he's crazy. Despite this, she doubts that Vegeta is completely bad, given that he hasn't eaten Gohan alive and saved her a second time after she was injured by Ness' PSI powers. She is now aware that Vegeta is the father of Trunks, her son from the very distant future. She's made a point of being as far away from him as possible because of this, but, occasionally, will talk t and interact with him.
Son Gohan: The future son of Bulma's friend Goku. Bulma was a little more than freaked out about Gohan's existence, but is now serving as a wayward babysitter whenever Vegeta isn't training the boy. Gohan's constant fear tends to annoy her, but Bulma can already see the determination that Goku had whenever Gohan's friends are in trouble.
Mona Lisa: Mona was one of the first people to offer Bulma some help when she arrived in Discedo. Bulma and Mona Lisa both seem to share a love for technology, and Bulma enjoys Mona's positive attitude and awesome fashion sense.
Ryuuzaki Umi: Umi and Bulma instantly got along, possibly because of their similar personalities and interests. They seem to be event planners, and are both big on socializing--Bulma even sees Umi as someone she might be able to trust.
VAVA: Bulma has grown to view VAVA as a protetor and a friend - possibly even as close as family. VAVA is always around to protect Bulma, and aside from Kaneda, he's one of the irst people she'll run to when she is in trouble. He's a bit of a father igure, and while she challenges his advice, Bulma is glad to have VAVA looking out for her.
Bit: VAVA's companion and one of Bulma's partners in crime. When it comes to making things tough for VAVA, Bulma and Bit are aces. Despie this, she and Bit teamed up to remove VAVA's virus, and have been on friendly terms ever since. Bulma sees Bit as someone she can relate to, as he acts far more youthful than VAVA does.
Soul Eater Evans: After offering to help him out, Bulma and Soul got to talking and really took to each other. Bulma likes Soul's determination and cool attitude, and they chat as often as they can. The two are developing a strong friendship.
Chii: A friend of VAVA's, who Bulma met while VAVA was fretting over Chii's association with the murderer Walter Sullivan. Bulma thinks Chii's make and model is a little primitive, but nonetheless favors Chii for her innocence and kind heart. She tries to take care of Chii when she can, but hasnt been able to spend much time with her as of yet.
Death the Kid: Bulma thinks Kid's heavy case of OCD is just a little weird, but also really entertaining and even a little adorable. She finds him fun to talk to, and enjoys his company whenever they're able to hang out.
Reno: Bulma and Reno are so alike in some respects that it's almost scary. Their quick wit and technological knowledge gets them far, and they seem to be good at working together. While they're both pretty stubborn, the two are always around to support each other when times get tough.
Prof. Hershel Layton: Bulma really likes this guy--he's trustworthy and knowledgeable, as well as kind. Layton's always around to give Bulma advice when she needs it, and she looks up to him as a teacher and a mentor. 'Course, her ego will never let her openly admit it.
Ness: Ness is one of Bulma's neighbors, and also someone that Bulma thinks is pretty nice and helpful. Ness is always available to help Bulma out when she needs him, and she's pretty glad for that.
Raziel: Raziel saved Bulma's life during the chimera attack, and she feels that he's a good guy. Even if he is a weird alien dude.
Kakihara: A friend of Kaneda's. Bulma only seriously began talking to him when Kakihara identified her (falsely!) as Kaneda's girlfriend. She hasn't known him for long, but his willingness to assist at the auto shop has earned him a place in her good graces.
Hwoarang: A fellow motorcyle enthusiast who has volunteered to help the mechanics and go out on supply runs. Bulma likes his attitude and his interest in automotives.
Walter Sullivan: Bulma's dislike for him is second only to her hatred for the scientists. She blames him for most of the bad things happening in Discedo, and has no real pity for him at all.
The Scientists: While Bulma knows none of them personally, she pretty much hates every single one of them. Just mentioning them will set her off; she doesn't feel sorry for any of them, and doesn't believe that their situation justifies what they've done.
